Before you call
- Call from your registered mobile number so the IVR can identify you faster.
- Keep the card, your customer ID and recent statement handy. Never share your full card number, CVV, PIN or OTP with anyone, including bank staff.
- For a lost or stolen card, block it first by phone, SMS or app, then arrange a replacement.
- Note the complaint or service request number. You need it to escalate to the nodal officer or the RBI Ombudsman.
